Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 15, 2014.

1. At around 11:00 on April 24, 2014, the Defendant ordered one soup set of 2 man minutes, 3 bottles, 1 bottles, and so on, drinking water, as if the Defendant were able to pay the food cost without any intention or ability to pay the food cost, at the restaurant operated by the victim D in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul.

2. On April 15, 2014, the Defendant, at around 23:00, committed as the victim F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with normal payment of the drinking value, ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol.
