1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
Reasons
1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the entry of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[The court of first instance rejected the Plaintiff’s claim on the ground that there is insufficient evidence to acknowledge that there exists a proximate causal relationship between the Plaintiff’s work and the instant injury and disease. The Plaintiff basically repeats the Plaintiff’s claim in the first instance trial, taking account of the Plaintiff’s partial complementary arguments and grounds, even if examining the results of the fact-finding on the high-university Man University Gan Hospital and E (i.e., the Plaintiff’s existing disease) (in accordance with the fact-finding results adopted and investigated at the request of the Plaintiff at the trial, even if the above fact-finding results are based on the above fact-finding results adopted and investigated at the request of the Plaintiff, the parts of the instant injury and disease are the right edge, and the main cause of the blood transfusion is high blood pressure and urology. Although brain transfusion is likely to occur naturally because it overlaps with overwork and stress, the Plaintiff’s judgment does not go beyond the first instance judgment. As such, the Plaintiff’s judgment cannot be seen as being inconsistent with the Plaintiff’s overall argument and judgment.
2) The judgment of the court of first instance is just as it is). 2. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just as it is concluded. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
