1. The defendant Republic of Korea shall pay the plaintiffs the amount stated in attached Form 3 in attached Form 3 and each of the above amounts.

Basic Facts
The following facts are not in dispute between the parties, or can be acknowledged by considering the following facts as a result of Gap evidence 1 through 4, and 9, the result of the on-site inspection by this court, the result of the appraiser Gap's noise appraisal by the appraiser Gap, the result of the inquiry by the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea and the purport of the whole arguments as a result of the personal examination conducted by the plaintiff B (C) and C (C)
The plaintiffs' residential areas are those who are or were residing in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, or W, which is an urban area adjacent to Jeju-si. The plaintiffs' residential areas, residential periods, timing of transfer, etc. specified in attached Form 3 are as specified in attached Form 3.
Jeju Airport is located in the 2nd Dong of Jeju City, the history and status of Jeju Airport, and the history and status of Jeju Airport. The area of the site is up to 3,500,771 square meters. Around February 1942, the operation of a private aircraft was commenced around May 1948, and it was turned into an international airport around April 1968.

On the other hand, the two Koreas' runways are restricted by military air carriers and some civilian aircraft.
