Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who resides in B apartment C, and the victim D (35 years of age) is a person who resides in E with the following floor:

On March 18, 2019, at around 19:45, the Defendant thought that tobacco has been smelled at the Defendant’s house located on the upper floor by smoking tobacco in the victim’s residence, and that tobacco has been subdivided into labels to confirm this by entering the other victim’s residence, and the victim’s wife F (3 years of age) divided the victim’s her husband’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s k

Therefore, the defendant left the door in order to enter the victim's residence. However, in order to prevent the defendant from entering his house, the victim, who was shower in the bath room, left the door in his house so that he could not open the door. In order to prevent the defendant from entering his house, he left the door in his house.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by hand, tried to enter the entrance of the victim into the victim's residence several times, but the victim failed to do so with the wind so that he does not open the door in the house and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. The Defendant injured by negligence, at the date, time, and place under the above paragraph (1) above, was able to write the door in the house to prevent the victim D from entering his/her residence as described in the above paragraph (1), but, in order to enter the victim D’s residence, he/she saw the victim D’s left arm’s length in the gap of the front door and caused the victim F’s head, who is his/her father, to go against the front door.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence, as above, sold below the left-hand side in need of treatment for about two weeks, and inflicted bodily injury on the part where detailed information is unknown, and damaged the victim F by two weeks of treatment for about two weeks.
