A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim D, operated by Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that the purchase price of a 80,000 won for singing room was not promptly proceeded in the process of cancelling the sales of the card by calculating the purchase price of 80,000 won for singing room, and on the ground that the sale of the card was not done as soon as possible, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, who was going to the victim, such as emerc in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

In light of the aforementioned circumstances, the punishment as ordered shall be determined by comprehensively taking into account the following circumstances, including the Defendant’s age, sex, intelligence and environment, motive, means and consequence of the commission of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime.
