A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or injury caused before the risk) is a person engaging in driving of a burner car with Drails.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, the victim E, the driver of the above rocketing taxi, the injury of tensions and tensions that require approximately 3 weeks of treatment, the injury of the right leg joints and opens and the injury of the victim G, which requires approximately 10 weeks of treatment, and the injury of the victim H, which requires approximately 3 weeks of treatment.

2. A defendant who violates the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement of drinking), driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol while drunking on the face when he/she takes a large amount of smells at the same time and at a place as paragraph (1), snicks on the surface of a bridge with a big distance, and makes a red light on the face;

In order to be asked for a measurement of drinking by J for the police officer belonging to the I District of the Gwangjin-gu Police Station due to reasonable grounds, the police officer shall comply with such request without justifiable grounds.
