A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim E by occupational negligence the injury of salt and tension in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the injury of the victim G in the light of the trend requiring approximately one week of medical treatment.

2.
