Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving B school buses (leone Star-children's vehicles, 22 passengers' vehicles).
On October 25, 2019, the Defendant driven the above bus around 07:20 on October 25, 2019, and turned down the road of 360-1(Mi-dong) in the parallel of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 360-1(Mi-dong) along the two-lane distance from the south of the west Sari-do.
Since there is a long distance intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely in accordance with the new code to a person engaged in driving service.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not stop 70 meters prior to the intersection stop line, and did not stop to see that the vehicle moving signal was already changed to the red signal, and caused the collision of the entire part of the victim Dacoo car, which normally proceed from the right side of the bus to the left side, in accordance with the straight line, from the right side of the above bus driving direction, to the left side of the above bus, and caused the collision of the part of the victim Hacoo car, which is going into the left side due to the shock of the above bus, to the rear part of the above bus, which was sent from one-lane to the left side of the above bus, and then pushed the above Hacton car behind the above Hacton car going into the rear part of the victim Hacton car, which was in the atmosphere of the signal.
Ultimately, at around 10:06 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) caused the death of the victim I (the victim), who was the passenger of the bus, by the above occupational negligence; (b) sent back to the emergency room of J Hospital at around 10:06; and (c) caused the death of the victim K (the age of 17), due to the left-hand knee knee sneecule in the left-hand knee knee, etc.; and (d) caused the death of one victim as listed in the attached list of crimes; and (e) the victim 15.
