A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing or other car.

On August 10, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol level of 0.077% around 15:40 on August 10, 2019, and led to a road of three-lanes in the tunnel of the tunnels of the Seoul Yangyang Expressway located in the Gyeong-gun Sari-ri, Sari-ri, Sari-ri, Sari-ri-ri, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of about 92 km along the two-lanes towards both sides on the side of Seoul.

Since it is within a tunnel, the driver has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the front-time city, protect the wheel, and accurately operate the steering and brake system.
