1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two years and by a fine of thirty million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

B. On March 3, 2014, around March 3, 2014, Defendant A requested Defendant C and R to the effect that the instant bribe would be calculated on behalf of Defendant C and R, and Defendant C reported by telephone to Defendant B, thereby obtaining Defendant B’s consent.

3) On May 9, 2014, Defendant A received a bag containing KRW 10 million in cash from Defendant B upon receipt of a request from Defendant B to the effect that “AM” restaurant located in the Busan Shipping Daegu AL around May 19, 2014, “AM would have made the PP service settlement well, so it would have changed in the future.”

As a result, Defendant A received a bribe in relation to his duties by taking a total of KRW 10 million from Defendant B, the representative of the service company ordered by the ocean development industry.

4) On August 9, 2016, Defendant A received from R a bribe from R to the effect that “I would return to the construction company in the future” restaurant located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City,” and Defendant A received a bribe from R with respect to his duties on the basis that “I would return to the construction company in the future. I would return to the public.”
