A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim F (the age of 24) were those residing in Seoul, and the defendant and the victim F (the age of 24) attended and became aware of the meetings of users of mobile phone games opened in the two-dong-dong-si from October 25, 2014 to October 20:0.
On October 25, 2014, the Defendant concluded the above gathering and agreed to leave the victim to Seoul, thereby getting the victim on the back seat of H QM5 vehicle operated by the Defendant, and getting the victim back to Seoul.
1. A similar rape on October 25, 2014 at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim was locked on the rear seat of the said vehicle and carried the vehicle into the back seat; (b) opened the rear part of the said vehicle and prevented the victim from breaking the victim’s body by other hand; and (c) off the victim’s body, the victim was suffering from her half, straw, panty, and panty; (d) opened the victim’s finger, her finger, her finger, and put the Defendant’s finger into the victim’s sexual organ three times; and (e) committed an act of injecting the victim’s finger into the victim’s sexual organ.
