A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 14, 2013, around 21:50, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act, such as getting the victim feel a sense of shame by cutting off the victim E (here, 19 years of age) and panty panty shield, and making the victim feel a sense of sense of shame by taking out the sexual organ into consideration.

2. On January 17, 2013, around 19:20, the Defendant: (a) reported that the said victim passed through the alleyway between the 2nd and the F restaurant located in the Government of Do Government-si; and (b) publicly obscene act in the manner described in paragraph (1).

3. On February 2, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) reported that the said victim passed through the alleyway between the 2nd and the F restaurant located in the Government of the Do Government; and (b) publicly obscene act in the manner described in paragraph (1).
