Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as set forth in its reasoning. In so doing, the court below did not err by misapprehending the law on logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on self-defense and legitimate act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
