Examining the reasoning of the judgment below and the court of first instance maintained by the court below in light of the evidence duly admitted, the court below determined that the charges of this case were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning and rejected Defendant’s defense or legitimate act. There is no error of law by misapprehending the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on self-defense or legitimate act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
