A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months and by imprisonment for not more than four months for the crimes of No. 1 and No. 2 of the judgment of the defendant.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On July 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 27, 2016 at the Busan District Court for criminal fraud, etc. and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 27, 2016.

1. On August 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan from the C Office located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for the purchase price of a passenger car; (b) made an application form for BMW 528i (2011) to be kept in that place; (c) stated “D”, “E”, “E”, and “F” in the workplace column in the name column; (d) signed the applicant column in the applicant column in the name of “D”; (c) forged one copy of the application form to be used in the name of “D”; (d) the Defendant continued to forge the automatic transfer application form, personal (credit), information essential consent form, personal (credit); (d) confirmation of the payment method of the loan; and (d) the proxy form as to each applicant’s loan form and submitted the application form as if he/she did not know the applicant’s signature; and (d) made the application form as if he/she did not know the applicant form.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant: (a) written application for a mid-to long-term loan in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations; (b) one automatic transfer application form; (c) one essential written consent of individuals (credit); (d) one selective consent form for information on individuals (credit); (e) one selective consent method for the payment method of loans; and (e) one proxy form; and (c) one application form for the membership of a group of members, each of which was forged and used.
2. In order to purchase a passenger car at the time, at the place, as described in paragraph 1, BMW 528i (201 Form), the Defendant applied for a loan to the victim G Co., Ltd., and the employee in charge of the loan “as authorized by his father” and used by himself.
