A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the front number plate of the said vehicle was seized due to the unpaid automobile tax of the B Le-Wing car operated around December 26, 2014, the Defendant was willing to operate the said vehicle by attaching another number plate.

On January 2015, the Defendant attached C Motor Vehicle Number Board that was found in the lower parts of the water purification plant located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to the front of the Defendant’s leisure car.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car number plate which is an air for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. From January 2015 to February 14, 2015, the Defendant used the Defendant’s ready-light car plate, which was an air strawer, operated in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, with a car number plate attached prior to C, from January 2015 to February 14, 2015.
