A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

A. On February 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 on February 5, 2018, on the front day of “E Loan,” the domicile of D, located in the window C of Chang-si, Chang-si; (b) 0.91g of the Meloptop, a local mental medicine, was dried from D, and transferred KRW 200,000,000 to the agricultural bank account in the name of F, which was known by D around the 17th day of the same month.

Around April 14, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from L to the Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant from L on April 14, 2018, and sealed approximately 0.21g of the penphonephone-phone, which the Defendant was in possession of from N in Changwon-si M around 15:25 on the same day, and sent them to P in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by means of high-speed bus baggage.

20:13 on the same day, the L, at around 20:13, sold philophones by means of getting the L, to find it.

E. Around May 6, 2018, the Defendant, on May 6, 2018, sold R, in cash, approximately 0.14g oponon to R within the first floor parking lot of Q Q Gun, which was parked in the first floor parking lot around 12:30 on May 6, 2018.

(2) On the same day, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 g of philopon in U Mysta car parked in the Moel parking lot located in S, 13:00 on the same day by means of drinking away from the water.

F. On May 14, 2018, the Defendant of the crime committed around May 14, 2018 was Changwon around 19:30 on May 14, 2018.
