A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 21, 201, the Defendant: (a) purchased a k7 car at the title agency of Empiced Ampik Ampik Ampik-gu, Daegu Metropolitan Government on October 21, 201; (b) obtained a loan from the victim under a condition that the sum of the annual interest rate of 10.87% of the purchase price of the vehicle be repaid equally for 60 months (monthly installments 534,684 won); and (c) drafted an application for a new installment of the same content.

However, at the time, the Defendant did not have a certain income, and disposed of in the form of "motor vehicle tin" in the name of "motor vehicle tin" as soon as the said motor vehicle is taken over, and there was no intention or ability to repay the loan.

The Defendant deceptioned the victim as above, and had the victim pay 26 million won on the same day as the loan for the purchase of passenger cars on the same day, thereby acquiring property profits equivalent to the same amount.

2. The Defendant, on December 1, 201, purchased a NAS car from the Machi-dong Machi-dong Hyundai Motor Reconstruction Agency, using M3 credit cards issued by the victim on October 20 of the same year, through a person whose name cannot be known at the store in Seoul and below the Seoul around December 1, 201, and the Defendant settled KRW 42 million of the price for the said car by using the said M3 credit card issued by the victim.

However, at the time, the defendant did not have a certain income, and there was no intention or ability to pay the credit card price equivalent to the passenger car price because he thought that the sale price would be consumed as the cost of living by disposing of it in the form of "motor vehicle tin" as soon as he accepts the above car.

The Defendant deceptioned the victim as above, and had the victim settle the car price of KRW 42 million on the same day on the same day on the same day, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
