Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Criminal facts

1. On December 13, 2019, the criminal defendant against the victim B posted a notice to sell money on the Internet game “C” bulletin board of the Internet game “C” on December 13, 2019, and falsely said that the victim B, who reported and contacted the said notice, “When depositing money, he/she would send two million won and clothes, and one weapon.”

However, the Defendant did not have the above game money, and was thought to consume it for the cost of living, so even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 71,00 from the victim’s bank account (E) on the same day.

2. On December 13, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to sell money on the Internet game “C” bulletin board at the 2000:05 Sc. On December 13, 2019, the Defendant reported that “The Defendant would transmit money KRW 60,000 if the Defendant deposited money to the victim F.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have such game money, and was thought to consume it for the cost of living, so even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 59,00 from the victim’s bank account (E) on the same day.

3. On December 13, 2019, at around 02:11, 201, the Defendant posted a notice to sell game money on the Internet game “C” bulletin board at the Internet game “C” bulletin board at the large exhibition site, and false statement was made to the victim G who contacted with the said notice that “on deposit of money, the Defendant would transmit KRW 100 million of the game money to the victim G.”

However, the defendant did not possess the above game money and received the price and consumed it for the cost of living.
