A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 26, 2012, the Defendant, at the Seoul Eastern District Court, sentenced ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on December 9, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Megatocules (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana-related Megatoculs, and administered or smoked as follows, from D, who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flaps) and the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (malapson).

The Defendant, on November 2013, 2013, dumped from the toilet of the “F” Kabane building in Nam-gu, Incheon, with approximately 0.05 gopon into a single dump injection machine, dumped with a living water, and continued to dump the said dump with the Defendant’s flap tobacco attached to the said marijuana tobacco.

Accordingly, the defendant administered philophones and smoked marijuana.

B. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) put in a singing toilet near the new flag market located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and 0.05g gramphones into a single-use kitchen; (b) injected into the Defendant’s arms in a single-use clinic; and (c) continuously drank the said marijuana tobacco by attaching it to the said marijuana tobacco.

Accordingly, the defendant administered philophones and smoked marijuana.

2. The Defendant’s indecent act by compulsiond by force in contact with the victim G (here, 20 years of age) who is his/her father, who is his/her father, who is his/her father, in the detention center. On November 28, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant stopped the victim on the Defendant’s H body top-man car in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City School of School Interest, and committed an indecent act by force by force, such as threatening the victim, threatening him/her to talk with the victim as he/she may bring about a sexual desire and talk with him/her.
