Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Gohap 498"

1. On October 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while driving a dance car on the front of the D cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, in order to verify the driver’s license and driver’s personal information; (b) was inspected by G (35) who was a policeman belonging to the F District Police Station of the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, to be exempted from arresting a fine by the number of fines.

On October 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a e-learning motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle; (b) the e-learning motor vehicle from the border of the Elderly Welfare Center for the Aged in the Mangyeong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the 14-lane 2 underground parking lot located in the Magdong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-do.

No owner of a motor vehicle of "2017 Gohap 501" shall operate any motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

On November 5, 2012, the Defendant, as the owner of HH, operated a lus vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the IC on the Daegu-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro, Daegu-gu, on November 5, 2012.

The defendant of 2017 is a person subject to enlistment in active duty service.

On January 13, 2016, the Defendant issued a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the Administrator of the Military Affairs Administration of Daegu-do, that the Defendant will be enlisted in the Army Training Center located in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-gu, Daegu-gu, 11 Dong-gu, 201 through the Defendant’s mother JJ on January 25, 2016.
