A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving) and the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving of the vehicle C.

On May 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.214% from blood transfusion around 17:15 on May 21, 2017, and continued the front of the road in the Heung-gu Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Heung-gu into the terminal room on the surface of the apartment shooting distance.
