Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the CITI 100G 97.1c. 1c. c. 100G 97 U.S. 2, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, without a motor engine device bicycle driver’s license from the vicinity of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the 847 U.S. Do-ro 100cc. 1c.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of CIT 100G 97.1c. 97.1c.

The Defendant driven the above Oba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the time and place of 1.1.1. (b) stated that the name of the police officer B was “C” and the resident registration number was “D” to the police officer B, with the intent to avoid the crackdown on driving without a license and the wearing of life protection outfits.

Accordingly, the defendant used his relative C resident registration number unlawfully.
