A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months at the Gwangju District Court for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on November 7, 2012, the Gwangju District Court sentenced the Defendant to three years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the final sentence on October 5, 2015.

As above, Defendant has the same record of committing the same crime more than 10 times, including the crime of larceny, which has been sentenced twice or more times to larceny.

The defendant got a vehicle parked on the street in order to punish living expenses, and steals money and valuables.

On October 20, 2017, the Defendant opened a door-to-door 50,000 won in cash and entered the door-to-face 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim E, and cut off with one 3,50,000 won in the market price, including a new card.

In addition, from the above day to October 22, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim E and F equivalent to the total market value of KRW 9.70,000,000, as shown in [Attachment Table 1 and 2] from the above day to October 22, 2017, and attempted to steal the property owned by the victim G, such as the instant three-year period.

As a result, the Defendant was sentenced to the punishment twice or more due to larceny, and again attempted to steal the victim E and F property again within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed, and attempted to steal the victim G property.
