Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On September 11, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court. On January 29, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Gwangju District Court on April 6, 2007, sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Western District Court on April 6, 2007. On June 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for habitual larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on June 26, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the prison on November 1, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. At around 00:40 on February 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened the said E Child Care Center, which was not corrected by the victim’s think of theft of the victim’s property from the “E Child Care Center” in Yangsan-si; (b) did not discover money, etc.; and (c) did not commit attempted crimes; and (d) committed habitually, from that time until March 3, 2018, the Defendant stolen or attempted to steals property worth KRW 6,759,300, total market value of the victims, from that time until March 3, 2018.

4. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant was habitually corrected in the “N” of the victim M management in Yangsan-si L around 04:10.
