A person who commits the crimes of Articles 1 through 3 in the judgment of the defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and a person who commits the crimes of Article 4 in the judgment.

[Criminal Power] On April 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 8, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The crime on May 2, 2015;

A. On May 2, 2015, around 14:00 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen property from the victim D’s office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) the Defendant: (c) opened a locked door using the key hidden in the upper top of the entrance; and (d) invaded the structure managed by the victim.

B. B. At the above time, the Defendant, at the victim I’s house parking lot located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, removed and stolen the seals of the backer number plate of the KS car owned by the victim.

C. The Defendant, at around 20:00 on the foregoing day, illegally uses air defense and violated the Automobile Management Act, removed the front number plate of the 2nd truck of the 2nd truck, which was stolen as described in paragraph 1(b) from the street above Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and stolen it as described in paragraph 2(a).
