A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a detailed mental divided disease, etc., the Defendant:

1. At around 12:20 on October 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) informed the victim D (the age of 23) who was holding sports games at the Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, 102, with the request of the victim D (the age of 23) who was holding sports games; (b) brought a brucated glass bottle, brought a fluent glass bottle, and broken on the floor; and (c) threatened the victim’s face with a large amount of lusium ( approximately 19cm in length) as the victim’s face, which is a dangerous object.

2. On October 6, 2015, from around 20:15 to 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the performance of duties: (a) the victim F in Jeju E was an employee at the G control point; (b) the victim F, displayed in the display stand for sales purposes, carried out macarbs for customers; and (c) the victim F, who attempted to gather the bread of customers in a booming room, by cutting the brea of the customers’ breabs.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's over-point business by force.

3. On October 18, 2015, around 18:00, the Defendant damaged public goods and was arrested in a flagrant offender under the suspicion described in paragraph (2) and detained in the first room of the Jeju Western Police Station located in the Jeju Western Police Station located in the 215 Eup Eup in the Jeju City, the Defendant caused the amount of repair cost to be KRW 20,000 on the ground that the toilet entrance was damaged due to the difference between the opening of the entrance and the opening of the toilet.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
