A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:27 September 16, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.20% from a 500-meter section to the front road of the Hungary-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si from the beginning point of the same day at around 08:30 on the same day.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a rocketing motor vehicle.

On September 16, 2013, at around 08:30, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was unable to drive normally due to the lack of operational or circumstantial judgment ability, and led to driving of the said rocketing motor vehicle at a low speed from the lux apartment to the lux apartment.

At this point, there were two-lanes on the front side, where the vehicle signal, etc. is installed, and there were two-lanes on the front side, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by checking the progress of the front line and the front line vehicle in advance, and by accurately operating the steering gear and the brake.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to check the front stop signal in advance while neglecting the front stop signal, and neglected to conduct speed operation by wrong conduct on speed, and caused the following part of the Darbur vehicle driven by the victim C(the age of 44) at the front of the said vehicle in front of the same lane as the front part of the said Darbur vehicle, and due to its shock, caused the said Aarbur vehicle to be pushed down in the front part, and caused the said Aarbur vehicle by the shocking of the said vehicle in front of the front part.

Ultimately, the Defendant committed the above occupational negligence to the victim C.
