Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who owns 125 cc lebane without being registered.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, around 16:35 on August 1, 2019, the Defendant operated the off-to-land, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads in front of the rest area located in Suwon-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as the “over-site direction”).

2. No driver of any motor vehicle or horse other than those violating the Road Traffic Act shall pass through or cross any motorway;

Nevertheless, around 16:35 on August 1, 2019, the Defendant passed approximately 4 km road from the front of the E-do located in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City D to the front of the rest area located in Suwon-gu B (out of the city) in Busan Metropolitan City.
