1. As to the real estate stated in the attached list to the Plaintiff, the Defendant was due to payment in kind on December 23, 2012.
Reasons
1. On December 23, 2012 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, each of the following descriptions (hereinafter “each of the instant notes”) was written between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
In each letter, the indication of real estate: C 212 square meters above the land at the time of Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the authority at the time of sale and purchase of the entire land in the present condition on December 23, 2012 shall be transferred to A (D's agent and wife) half of the authority.
1. From the time of trade to the future, the number of buyers shall be discussed and decided together at the same time even when the sale price is adjusted, and a sales contract shall be prepared and a half of the sale price shall be made to A.
2.In the event of a breach set forth above B, a strict commitment shall be made during the period of transfer to A of all ownership rights.

2. Judgment on the main claim
A. The plaintiff's assertion 1) The defendant is a real estate broker, and the plaintiff's husband is entitled to obtain profit from the market price when investing in the apartment on May 27, 2007. On May 27, 2007, the defendant purchased Daejeon E Apartment No. 306 in the name of F on May 27, 2007. The defendant returned 15,000,000 won out of 50,000 won of the investment money to the plaintiff. The defendant did not return the investment money to the plaintiff on June 21, 201, and upon the plaintiff's request for the return of the investment money, each of the apartment of this case was prepared and sold to the plaintiff on December 23, 201, with the redemption of the investment money of 00 won to the plaintiff, 200,000 won remaining after receiving the investment money of this case from the plaintiff, 200, 200 won of the remaining land's ownership transfer registration, 200500 won.
