Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual operator of D Co., Ltd., a manufacturing and selling chain, such as recreation and franchise, after he had 7th floor of the 7th floor of the Hanam-si Building C.

1. An importer of electrical appliances subject to safety verification shall undergo a safety verification test by model of electrical appliances subject to safety verification from the relevant certification institution or a designated safety verification testing institution for each type of electric appliances subject to safety verification under the conditions as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and shall report to the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy on whether the relevant electrical appliances meet the safety standards;

Nevertheless, the Defendant imported 23 Lithium batteries (18650) in China on March 2016 without reporting safety confirmation.

2. An importer of an industrial product subject to self-regulation in violation of the Quality Control and the Safety Control of Industrial Products Act shall undergo a test or an inspection conducted by an institution or an inspection designated by the self-safety confirmation on the safety of the industrial product, and shall report the fact to the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy after checking that the industrial product conforms to the safety standards.

Nevertheless, on March 2016, the Defendant imported 23 mobile racing goods (MTR 2000) by aircraft in China without reporting self-safety confirmation.
