A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

9,850,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to one year from the Changwon District Court under the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on June 26, 2009. On January 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year from imprisonment by the Changwon District Court under the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) and was sentenced to one year from the Changwon District Court under the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence to the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.) and was

On July 15, 2010: (a) purchase of Maspphones (hereinafter referred to as Maspphones); (b) transfer 3.5 million won to the account of an irregular game designated by C, a seller of Maspphones, to the account of an irregular game designated by C; and (c) purchase of Maspphones by means of searching at D the 10g of Maspphones sent by C;

2. The purchase of Handphones with E on July 17, 2010, and purchase from C one gram of Handphones from C in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph;

3. The purchase of Handphones with E on August 7, 2010 and purchase C 2.5 gramphones from C in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph;

4.To purchase Handphones on August 10, 2010 and to purchase 10 gramphones from C in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph, with the same 3.5 million won;

5. The purchase of Handphones with E on August 21, 2010 and purchase C 2.5 gramphones from C in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph;

6. On August 23, 2010, to purchase philophones with E, and to purchase 0.1g of philophones from C in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.
