The defendant and the victim B (the age of 51) are married couple.

On March 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:40 on March 22, 2014, in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, sold the face of the victim several times on the ground that the victim does not receive a telephone; and (b) committed assault on the part of the consignee, which prices the trees and vessels once each.
