1. Around September 22, 2012, the Defendant published a statement in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, 202 Dong 606 (E apartment) on F’s Ninerbro Blue “G (H)” on F’s “I,” using the word “I,” “I,” “I,” thereby insulting the victim’s J. (L., 41 years of age).

2. On September 5, 2012, around 19:41, at the same place as Paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant used the name “I” in the words “I” to “I” and publicly insult the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim’sJ that “I was unable to carry out an animal protection campaign for the same 19/199 of the J”.
