Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on December 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim D (Nam, 29 years of age) who found the Defendant’s house manager in front of the Defendant’s house of the apartment apartment C, using a food knife (30cm in length) which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim as a knife (30cm in length) with a knife, a dangerous object.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
