Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 13, 2015, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) reported 112 on the so-called Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Jin-ro 3:70 upper Dogro 830 dong-ro, that “On the front of the 830-dong-ro, the Defendant: (b) confirmed the details of the report against the police officer D, who was assigned to the police box of Eunpyeong Police Station C, who was 112 reporters; and (c) did so to D, who was a public official of Grade II of the Republic of Korea who was called “I Chewing, I am the police, and I am the father, who is the head of the large enterprise, and the father, would be able to see it well in her will to do so; and (d) the Defendant’s behavior, and (d) the Defendant’s behavior, thereby doing so, I would have to see that I would have come to the right side of the movement.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of 112 reported police officers and the handling of civil petition affairs.

2.
