Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant reported that he was used on the floor of the Jinhae-si, Changwon-si, and that he was in the influence of alcohol, and that he was not escorted by the police box G to whom he was called the 119 emergency squad and waiting for the dispatch of the 119 emergency squad, and that he was not escorted by E. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of public duties concerning the protection of the people's lives, bodies, and property of police officers.
