Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B [Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.] from April 6, 2013 to August 03:30, 2013, from around 80, the Defendant: (a) operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of “D”, which operates two masts, four masts, one customer waiting room, one customer waiting room, etc. on the fifth floor of the building C in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu; and (b) assisted many unspecified male descendants to receive 120,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from them; and (c) assisted them to receive maths from the said room and to have sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant A [Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.] From April 15, 2013 to April 20, 2013, the Defendant was employed as an employee of the said commercial sex business establishment on the condition that he would receive monthly salary of 800,000 won from B from April 15, 2013. The said business establishment was well aware of the fact that he was a commercial sex business establishment, and aids and abets the said business by easily allowing the women to engage in commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts, by allocating sexual traffic women to a large number of unspecified male descendants in return for payment of sexual sex trafficking, and by allowing them to engage in commercial sex acts.
