Punishment of the crime

1. Computer, etc. fraud;

A. At around 14:52 on May 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim’s resident registration certificate at the Sungnam-si Office B located in Sungnam-si, the Defendant settled KRW 50,000 by means of a mobile phone small payment settlement in which the victim’s mobile phone number is entered and entered after entering the victim’s mobile phone number in the name of the victim by using a computer; and (b) charged Han-si Game Capital by means of a mobile phone small payment settlement in which the victim’s mobile phone number is entered and the authentication number is entered.

2. The defendant violates the Resident Registration Act; 1. A.
