Defendant
A is a person operating a gas station, such as P, Q gas station, R gas station, oil agency, etc., and Defendant B is a unemployed who leases and operates a gas station for the main purpose of manufacturing pseudo petroleum. Defendant C is a person who is the president of the above S station, and Defendant D is an employee of GSGT company for the purpose of quality control, etc. of petroleum.
1. On March 2014, Defendants A, B, and C conspiredd to “If Defendant A lends half of the amount of funds for criminal acts, such as the cost of leasing gas stations, to Defendant B, Defendant B leased the gas station to Defendant B, and remove the distinctive agents added to the gas station with U and V, etc. from this place, thereby creating semi-finished goods for mixed use in transit. As can be seen, the Defendants conspired with those who are infinitely wounded, mixed petroleum products with other petroleum products.
