Defendant
A is a social worker working as the secretary general of Gangnam-si E located in Gangnam-si, and Defendant B is a social worker working as the head of the life guidance team of the above E.
No one shall make a false abode polling report, and no one shall make a false representation in the abode polling report register.
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-principal-related Defendants were recruited to enter the residence plan in the name of the above 10 persons, regardless of the fact that 10 persons, such as F, etc., were hospitalized in a hospital or were disabled by the first degree of intellectual disability, etc., and obtained consent from the above 10 persons on April 13, 2016 on the visit plan for the 20th National Assembly election.
