1. Revocation of the first instance judgment.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) On February 8, 2014, the Defendant entered into a construction contract with the Plaintiff, a detached house on the ground D, in the Hamyeong-gun, the Plaintiff owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant house”).

(2) Around June 20, 2014, the Defendant concluded a contract for construction work with the Plaintiff to conclude a contract for construction work (excluding value-added tax); from February 8, 2014 to June 9, 2014; 2); and the Defendant concluded a contract for construction work with the Plaintiff to receive additional construction cost of KRW 13,986,00 (hereinafter “the instant contract for construction work”); and around June 20, 2014, with the Plaintiff to receive additional construction cost of KRW 13,50 (hereinafter “the instant contract for construction work”); each of the instant construction work to receive additional construction cost of KRW 3,00 (hereinafter “the instant construction work”); and each of the instant construction works to receive additional construction cost of KRW 10,986,00,00 (hereinafter “the instant two appurtenant works”); and each of the instant construction works to be supplied with KRW 10,500,000 from each of the instant construction works (hereinafter “the instant construction work”).

The construction cost for the construction work of the instant housing construction work 1: (a) from February 14, 2014 to May 12, 2014; (b) from April 15, 2014 to May 3, 2014; (c) from May 3, 2014 to July 11, 2014; (d) from June 20 to July 20, 2014; and (e) from August 21, 2014 to October 24, 2014 to October 13, 208,005; and (e) the instant housing construction work wages for the instant housing construction work 20 to May 13, 2014; and (e) the instant housing construction work 20 to May 14 to 2014; and
