Defendant

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a H M&C truck.

On April 15:38, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle and continued to drive the two-lane road on the side of the Chuncheon Incheon Metropolitan City along the three-lanes of the monthly road, the first tunnel, the one-lane road, and the three-lanes of the Chuncheon-do.

Ultimately, at around April 4, 2012, the Defendant caused the victim's death by an occupational negligence, from an O hospital located in Kuri-si N on April 16, 2012, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the symptoms of the blood shock.

2. Defendant B is a person engaging in driving a M4.5 tons truck.

On April 4, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicles around 15:38 on April 15, 2012, and continued to drive the said cargo vehicles along the three-lane roads on the Chuncheon side among the three-lane roads of the 1st common road in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.

The place is difficult to secure as a tunnel, and there is a white solid line.
