1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance against the plaintiff, which orders payment below, shall be revoked.

The defendant.

1. At the time of the instant accident, the Plaintiff’s vehicle, at around 16:40 on April 7, 2018 at the time of the instant accident, to turn to the left from a view of Asan on the part of the multiple-lanes of the two-lanes of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, in order to turn to the left from the double-lanes of the two-lanes of the Plaintiff’s vehicle at the time of the instant accident, at the three-lanes of the vehicle, and the Defendant’s vehicle waiting at the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the vehicle and turn to the right to turn to the view of Asan. The Plaintiff’s vehicle’s course was changed to the direction of the Plaintiff’s vehicle’s course by changing to the direction of the path of the Plaintiff’s vehicle at the time of the instant accident (hereinafter “instant accident”), to avoid a conflict with the Defendant’s vehicle’s right-hand facility (hereinafter “the repair cost of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, 27, 200, 205, or 101.6.1 of the instant vehicle.

2. Determination

A.
