Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 2013, the injured Defendant discovered the victim C (the age of 53) who was divingd by the Defendant’s house located B B 804 Dong 1205 at Jung Government-si, 01:0 on March 3, 2013; discovered the victim’s home; rupture 53 years of age; and rupture humd the victim’s home; the victim went to the ward; ruptured the victim’s head two times with his hand; and ruptured the victim’s neck under his hand, and caused the victim’s injury in light salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Special intimidation: (a) the Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, threatened the victim by using the kitchen knife (the total length of 32 cm and length of 20 cm on the day) (Evidence 1), which is a dangerous object carrying a kitchen knife with the kitchen bed, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1).
