The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The accused shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment of innocence against the accused.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. In fact, the Defendant did not indicate specific facts sufficient to lower the victim’s social value or evaluation, as the victim and I did not indicate the victim’s social value or evaluation, and even if the victim stated false facts, there was a perception that the Defendant and I were private rights in light of the victim and I’s behavior.

The notice of this case cannot be seen as being prepared in order to criticize H's leadership, which is a member of the church of this case, and there was no purpose of slandering victims.

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is erroneous.

B. The sentence of the lower court’s improper sentencing (an amount of KRW 3 million) is too unreasonable.
