A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by the Gwangju District Court on March 15, 2013, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the same court on February 15, 2011 and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions.

On March 28, 2014, at around 00:17, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the Do in front of the “Japanese-dong,” which is located in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, to the front road in front of the solar water station located in the 2nd circulation of the Gwangju Dong-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license in the 3km section, and driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.101% under the influence of alcohol level 0.1%.

On April 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at around 01:5 on April 10, 2014; (b) operated the said vehicle along one-lane from the head of the Library, etc. to the head of the Home Pug-distance, which is located in front of the said vehicle; and (c) operated the said vehicle at the same time on the right-hand side of the victim D (24 years old); (d) operated the EM5 vehicle in front of the said 8-day EM5 vehicle in front of the said 5-day vehicle in front of the said 5-day vehicle in front of the said 5-day vehicle in front of the said 5-day vehicle in front of the said 5-day vehicle in front of the said 5-day vehicle in front of the said 5-day vehicle in front of the 5-day vehicle in front of the 5-day vehicle in front of the 5-day vehicle in front of the 5-day vehicle in front of the 5-day.
