Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 18, 2015, around 18:05, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s cash amounting to 30,000 won, and the Gwangju Bank Card on the street in front of the Songdong Community Credit Cooperatives, which was located 29 roads, from the Songdong-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and then cut off a studio on the market price.

2. On June 24, 2015, around 10:30 on June 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a bank with the victim F in the E-L store located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) cut off one wall with cash 42,000 won in the victim’s possession; and (c) a new physical check card for women in an unrefluened market.

3. On July 8, 2015, at around 16:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a hand room cited by the victim I in front of the “H” located in the Gwangju Mine-gu G; and (b) stolen the victim’s market price by taking out one string of the unfasible wallets in the market price owned by the victim.

4. On July 29, 2015, at around 12:09, the Defendant: (a) attempted to take away the victim’s walletss owned by the backer of the victim’s name in front of the J market sections, tools and sales stand in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen or attempted the victims' property.
