A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled the psychotropic drugs-related Mesponse (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana as follows.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On September 1, 2018, the Defendant administered a philophone medication in a manner that puts the Defendant’s philophone’s non-opopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopicopopopopopopopopopopicopopopopopopicopopopopopopicopopopopicopopopicopopopicopopicopopicopopicopopicopopics in the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-si building B at the beginning of November 201

2. On November 25, 2018, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) stored 0.67 g, 0.23 g, 0.70 g, marijuana in three plastic packaging in each of 0.67 g, 0.23 g, and 0.70 g, respectively, for smoking at the house of the same birth D located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul, and possessed 1.6

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking.
