Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a Crdler car.
On October 27, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 13:40 on October 27, 2015, and led the front of the road D located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan to a new Tri-distance away from the boundary of the Dong-dong church.
At the same time, the house is a side road and the passage of pedestrians is frequent, so there was a duty of care to avoid the shock of pedestrians by checking well the right and the right of the driver of the vehicle.
